Hammer is my cat. He is 10 years old, we adopted him when he was 3 years old. He is derpy, cute, and you'd fall in love with him just being near him for 5 minutes.

You must have noticed that Hammer is missing a part of his left ear (your right hahaha). That is because before adopting him he was going to be nurtered and vaccinated and then returned to the streets to live like he had before he was found by the shelter. It's a common practice, and cats are marked like this to let people know this cats have no owner but that they are vaccinated and nurtured, so there won't be issues.

Of course Hammer has a family and I don't let him wonder outside. Even so, he has a chip with a unique number that will let know anyone how to contact us in case something happened to him.
